Welcome to Elenor International Spa. By accessing our website or booking our services via WhatsApp/Phone, you agree to the following:
1. Service Scope
All therapies listed (Thai, Balinese, Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.) are for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Our therapists are trained professionals; any request for services beyond the scope of professional massage will lead to immediate termination of the session without a refund and a permanent ban.
2. Health Disclosure
Guests must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries before the session. Elenor International Spa is not liable for any reactions resulting from non-disclosure.
3. Valuables
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. While we provide storage, the spa is not liable for the loss or damage of any valuables.
4. Right of Admission
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence of alcohol or those demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
5. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable GST/taxes will be added to the service rate at the time of billing.
